Virtual networking has its advantages, including literal international reach and the ability to wear sweatpants while doing it. What it doesn’t have is dozens of tabletop exhibitors, which after more than a year of virtual events, you might kind of miss.

If you’re looking for a networking event that’s in person and free, take note of this one promising more than 100 exhibitors throughout the Chase Center on the Riverfront.

Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau of Delaware’s joint annual tabletop mixer, Delaware Networking Station, is coming Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 5 to 8 p.m. Exhibitors include local businesses, colleges and universities and nonprofits.

If you’ve ever wanted to network with the folks behind Markee, NERDiT Now or BrandSwan (to name just a few), you can do it at the Networking Station.

This will be a return to IRL mixer-style event after last year’s all-day virtual event that included workshops on topics like Zoom fatigue, cybersecurity for the remote workforce and a virtual pitch competition.

Table rates for the event range from $199 to $449. While attendance is free, registration is required.
