Blondie Mansion isn’t so much of a place as it is an experience. Curated by Wilmington creative Sara A. Crawford, The Blondie Mansion Experience combines fashion, photography, art, food and drink in an interactive event taking place at MKT Gallery in downtown Wilmington on Friday, Aug. 6.
Crawford is the founder and designer of Anara Original, known for its offbeat tutus and bridal fashion. She’s worked with brands including Tommy Hilfiger, DDC Lab and H&M before launching her own company in 2004. She’s also the author of “The Playbook to Essential Style — Learn, Build and Explore Your Style,” a TED speaker, and a member of The Original Coloure Collective, a group that formed in February of 2021 to highlight, engage and promote black creatives and minority-owned businesses.

“I love that I have the opportunity to curate an event to boost the arts scene in our community and also include the talent of other local creatives as well,” Crawford said.
The event will kick off at 5 pm.-30-
