Launching a startup is one thing. Growing it into a successful enterprise — that’s the real challenge.

Tech Forum Delaware, with support from The Mill, will hold a fireside chat called “Beyond Startup: Where are They Now?” at Theatre N on Feb. 20 at 5:30 p.m. The conversation, moderated by Vince DiFelice of Horn Entrepreneurship, will feature two established Delaware business owners:

  • Robert Prybutok, president and CEO of Newark-based Polymer Technologies, a leading manufacturer and U.S. supplier of noise control and energy management composites, founded in 1989, and Polymer Molded Products, a manufacturer of three-dimensional polyurethane molded parts for energy management applications, founded in 2003
  • Dr. Richard D. Dombrowski, founder of Newark-based STF Technologies, a developer and provider of advanced materials and occupational personal protective equipment, founded in 2013

Both will share the ups and downs of their business journeys, and advice on how to grow and sustain a startup.

The cost for the event is $40, or $25 for Tech Forum members.
