There’s been a disruption in the commercial real estate industry – and, of course, it has everything to do with tech.

From data transparency to the sharing economy to artificial intelligence, the way real estate operates is quickly, and often quietly, evolving.

On February 6 from 8:00 – 10:30 a.m. at the University of Delaware STAR Campus in Newark, Urban Land Institute Philadelphia will present Disrupting Real Estate with Technology: A New Era Demands New Thinking.

The event will feature a keynote from StratFI founder and futurist James Lee and a panel moderated by Peter Angelides, Senior Vice President and Principal of Econsult Solutions.

Panelists include:

  • Ian Anderson, Director of Research and Analysis, CBRE
  • Jamie Gorski, Chief Marketing Officer, The Bozzuto Group
  • Ed McCauley, Director of IT, Wohlsen Construction

Tickets for the event are $65 for non-members and $30 for students.

Head to the event’s website to register.
