Every U.S. president of the 20th century (and the 21st, so far) has visited Downtown Wilmington at least once, from Theodore Roosevelt (a famous friend of Howard Pyle) to Trump, and every president in between.

Historian Nathan Field of the Wilmington Historical Society will give a 20-minute talk about these visits, followed by a group discussion and happy hour, at the Chelsea Tavern Basement Bar on Wednesday, Sept. 19.

Come at 6 p.m. for a pre-talk happy hour. The talk and discussion start at 7.
