Learn the basics of protecting your intellectual property

Delaware Bio is getting top attorneys to show attendees the ins and outs of IP protection. It takes place Sept. 21 at Agilent Technologies.

Entrepreneurs and product developers: Do you know how to protect your intellectual property? Registration is now open for IP 101, a seminar on intellectual property law from Delaware Bio and Agilent Technologies.

The seminar, which will take place at Agilent Technologies in Wilmington on Sept. 21 from 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., will be presented by experienced IP attorneys who will discuss topics such as:

  • What is classified as an invention?
  • How to protect it via patent.
  • Filing strategy and non-disclosure agreements.

The focus of the seminar is the scientific community. Registration for attendees from Delaware Bio member companies is $50; the non-member fee is $100.

Agilent Technologies is located at 2850 Centerville Rd. in Wilmington, to the west of the city.
