Mission-driven digital marketing firm Tapp Network announced a new partnership with Oregon-based philanthropic management firm Cogeo back in November, a move that Tapp cofounder and CIO Kyle Barkins said willbridge the gap between the latest advancements in marketing technology and the transformational fundraising strategies disrupting the nonprofit sector.”

To put it simply, Cogeo helps nonprofits raise money, and Tapp Network helps them get the most out of it.

On Tuesday, Jan. 16, local nonprofits can take advantage of the partnership for free at this month’s Tapp Social at The Mill, where Cogeo’s Rob Kusel will give a presentation called “The House of Development: A Comprehensive Introduction to Nonprofit Fundraising.” The talk will help in evaluating the effectiveness of an approach and developing a plan utilizing Cogeo’s “House of Development” strategy.

The workshop starts at 3 p.m. and runs to 5 p.m., followed by a networking happy hour from 5–6 p.m.

Register

As always, Tapp Social is free, though registration is recommended because the events sell out. If you can’t make it in person, the workshop will be broadcast live via Facebook.
