UD business students need to work with real small businesses (maybe even yours)

Problem-solving by textbook is nothing like the real thing — which is why it’s important for business students at the University of Delaware to get down into the trenches with real businesses and work on solutions to real problems.
In turn, these businesses get help with a project such as marketing strategy, social media, financial statements or market research, at no cost.
How can you get in on this? Small Business Development Center Delaware has a program that matches UD business students with small businesses, and they’re accepting applications for the Spring 2018 semester right now. Business owners must be available to meet with the student seven times during the semester, be open to sharing information and must submit a specific project proposal.
The deadline is Jan. 4.
