Creativity in the Commercial District? This event proves it ain’t an oxymoron

The heads of The Grand and The Mill are getting a dialogue going on how the arts fuel Wilmington's revitalization.

Art and creativity are transformative for a community, and Wilmington is no exception.
On Monday, Dec. 11 from 5:30–7 p.m., Downtown Visions will explore the ways the arts are transforming the city’s Commercial District, with a Meet & Greet and conversation with Mark Fields, executive director of The Grand Opera House and the recently renovated Playhouse on Rodney Square, and Robert Herrera, founder of coworking space The Mill.
