Corporation Service Company, the Wilmington company known for providing businesses with legal, tax and digital branding support, announced some major changes this month.
While the stodgy Corporation Service Company will remain the business’s registered legal name, it will go by CSC for all marketing purposes.
President and CEO Rod Ward said the changes could not have happened at a better time. CSC will soon be moving to a new headquarters in Greenville.
“This is the first substantial change to our logo and brand strategy since our company’s founding,” Ward said in a press release.
The company was founded in 1899.
“In the past 10 years, we’ve doubled in size, made strategic acquisitions, and expanded our footprint to 17 countries,” Ward added. “Our distinctive new look reflects the interconnected, evolving relationship we have with our clients.”
Ward said the new logo, which resembles an infinity sign, helps showcase the company’s ability to streamline operations, generate trust, and deliver exceptional results.
Along with the new logo, company officials shared a new tagline: “We are the business behind business.”
