10 Delaware tech leaders featured in our entrepreneurs’ playbook

Today, Delaware knows The Mill founder Robert Herrera for the community he’s cultivated in his downtown Wilmington coworking space. It wasn’t all that long ago that Herrera had to fail in order to learn how to create a productive company culture.
Herrera’s advice on culture are just one of many business tips to be found in the Tomorrow Toolkit, an ebook on building a company produced last year by Technical.ly and Comcast NBCUniversal.
