Remember Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? The series featured books, video games and even a PBS children’s show based on the ever-elusive super criminal Carmen and her crazy cross-continental capers.
In 2004, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt re-released a version of the 1996 computer game Where in the USA is Carmen Sandiego? specifically for schools. The game came with a “State-A-Base,” comprised of little vignettes for each state.

For some more Delaware/Carmen Sandiego fun, check out this 1992 clip of then-Senator Joe Biden on the PBS children’s show.
And always remember, “visiting Delaware is like going back in time!”
