It’s back: The 2020 Inc. 5000 list published this week by Inc. Magazine names 462 companies hailing from the DMV region. This list is a directory of the country’s fastest-growing private companies and more than 100 more companies in the D.C. area made the list this year compared to last year.

Unlike last year, no technology companies in the D.C. area landed in the top 20, but Maryland’s Hunt A Killer, a subscription-based murder mystery game, came in at #6 on the list.

The highest-ranked company based in D.C. proper, ranking #525, is Georgetown-based Radius Networks, a nine-year-old company that provides businesses with a machine-learning platform to help them conduct location-based transactions with customers. Early this year, the company nabbed the #4 spot on another list published by Inc., which specifically featured the 250 fastest-growing private companies in the DMV and Delaware regions. Overall, 33 companies from D.C. proper made the list.

Virginia companies came in strong, taking 280 spots on the list. Some notable Virginia-based tech companies on the list include Vienna’s Urgent.ly (#221), Arlington’s DivvyCloud (#471) and Falls Church’s NetImpact Strategies (#1,647).

McLean, Virginia-based Binary Fountain, curator of an online reputation management platform, snagged the #800 spot. Kieran McQuilkin, content marketing specialist at Binary Fountain, told Technical.ly that this was the first time the company submitted a nomination for the list, even though it has had “sufficient revenue growth in past years.”

Bethesda, Maryland-based real estate tech company Homesnap came in at #510 on the list, while Maryland grabbed 149 spots. The eight-year-old company curates an app that lets you find out more about the real estate info of a property after snapping a photo of it. This is the third consecutive year that Homesnap has been honored on the list. The company has raised $32 million in venture capital, including a $14 million Series B in early 2018.

“When we started Homesnap in 2012, our mission was to give real estate agents the most innovative, high-quality products to help them run and grow their business,” Homesnap cofounder and President Steve Barnes said in a statement. “Seeing that mission become a reality, and receiving prestigious awards such as the Inc. 5000, are both very gratifying.”

Here are 10 more notable tech companies in the DMV region that landed on the list:

  • mPower — #127
  • Advoc8 — #754
  • CloudBolt Software — #780
  • Fundrise — #1,053
  • Clutch — #1,572
