“Our acquisition of CHIEF fits perfectly into our long-term growth strategy,” ByteCubed founder and CIO, Ahmad Ishaq said in a statement. “We are looking forward to offering our clients a more comprehensive suite of services that complements the work we are already doing.”
CHIEF is a full-service creative agency that specializes in branding, marketing, design, media, technology and digital UX. ByteCubed specializes in giving tech advice to public-sector clients. Paired together, the companies say, this acquisition will bring CHIEF’s creative aspect to ByteCubed’s clientele.
“As we advance with new energy and a new context, our ability to leverage our strengths and create new opportunities will be multiplied exponentially with our new family at ByteCubed,” Chris Lester, principal and chief creative officer at CHIEF said in a statement.
