It takes inspiration to overcome adversity, and on Tues., December 19, two D.C.-area entrepreneurs will share their stories at a free panel series discussion at General Assembly.

How She Got There: An Evening With DC Entrepreneurs will bring together digital coach  and digital strategist  to talk about their journeys and destinations. The event is set to start at 6:30 p.m.

Bell is the founder of Black Girl Ventures, a business consultancy focused on getting funding for businesses owned by women of color which runs Boss Up pitch competitions, which double as crowdfunding events for women entrepreneurs of color. Last week, she won the Technical.ly DC award for Entrepreneur of 2017.
