After 20 years in Brookland, Byte Back recently completed its move to a new space in NoMa.

The tech training nonprofit is now located at 899 N. Capitol St., which is about three blocks from Union Station, according to the org. The 6,200 sq. ft. space contains four classrooms, which doubles capacity at the headquarters. Byte Back released a video showing how the space transformed:

The nonprofit also upgraded the technology it will use to teach IT skills to low-income residents. The space has new computers, as well as a video and virtual classroom production studio. The improvements were supported by Capital One and the NCTA Foundation.

The move follows Byte Back’s $360,000 Creator Award from WeWork earlier this year. The nonprofit is also expanding its training into Prince George’s County, Md.
