Upskill has no shortage of business moves this year. The Northern Virigina company changed its name from APX Labs, raised a Series B backed by big players and acquired another company.

Recently, the company also made a physical move. It relocated from Herndon, Va., to a new office in Tysons Corner. It’s in the building at 8614 Westwood Center Dr.

Upskill, which makes augmented reality software to help manufacturers do safe and timely work, was looking to put an emphasis on collaboration at the new space. According to responses to questions sent by Technical.ly DC, the 19,000 sq. ft. space is arranged in a “Town Hall” office format.

“The new space’s fresh and innovative design goes hand-in-hand with the products we deliver and will inspire our employees to work together to keep Upskill moving forward,” the company stated. Additionally, the office has shared space, which will provide room for events like meetups, conferences and happy hours.

As with any move, location was also an important consideration. Upskill also wanted to be closer to other tech companies. The office also offers access to transportation — less than half a mile from the nearest metro — as well as food options.

Here are some more photos of the space:
