Verizon is hosting a Springboard Dolphin Tank event this week.

The June 15 event features 2-3 minute pitches, without slides. It’s a chance to get feedback both from an expert and the audience. Springboard Enterprises’ Amy Millman will moderate. The panel focuses on being helpful.

“Dolphin Tanks aren’t about sharks, piranhas, dragons, or competing for the best idea – they’re about channeling the expertise of the people in the room,” the event description states.

This edition of the event is giving priority to companies working in artificial intelligence/machine learning, AR/VR and media.

Verizon has a new coworking space coming, but it’s not scheduled to open until later this month. This event will be at the company’s offices at 1300 I St. NW.

Registration is closed for presenters, but there’s still a chance to attend and provide feedback.
