Paul Murskov founded HireKeep with the belief that there had to be a way to make recruiting, job hunting and hiring better, both for companies and employees. And, frankly, it’s hard not to agree with that concept. Though if you’re reading this as a job hunter, I probably don’t have to tell you that.

HireKeep aims to make job hunting more painless for sales professionals by taking a page from the online dating playbook — the concept of the “match.” HireKeep matches potential employees to employers based on “beyond the resume” information about an employees’ values and personality. “We’re a little bit like the eHarmony for sales recruiting,” Murskov told Technical.ly back in 2015.

Murskov launched HireKeep from his apartment in March 2015 and since then the company has grown and developed and changed. And now the company is looking to hire a business administrator to support the HireKeep team and optimize various business processes.

And the nonpartisan organization “bridging” tech and government is hiring a D.C. program manager to build relationships and guide the fellowship forward.
