MPOWER Financing and Village Capital have teamed up to bring the community this month’s fintech fiesta — a happy hour event at Board Room in Dupont.

“The idea,” according to organizers, “is to connect leaders of FinTech startups with the broader ecosystem in the D.C. area.” This isn’t just for finance folks — all are welcome. So go learn about how some talented D.C. entrepreneurs are tackling questions of money and tech, like these four startups working, in very different ways, for college affordability.
