This fall, the National Science Foundation will unveil 50 Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants worth $225,000 apiece. The good news? Any tech with the potential for commercial success is encouraged to apply. The bad news? SBIR grants can be difficult to navigate.
That’s where Eastern Foundry, the Crystal City-based incubator for small government contractors, comes in. Over two weekends in early October, Eastern Foundry will offer a workshop aimed at helping you prepare your SBIR grant.

The event promises the opportunity to “build and refine your application with guidance from Eastern Foundry coaches, see examples of winning applications and gain insight into any future grants you are interested in.”
