Meet Crossbeam

Don’t get your wires crossed: Crossbeam is a partner ecosystem platform that helps companies collaborate with each other by tapping into the power of data. The company’s technology allows companies to find overlapping customers and prospects with their partners while keeping the rest of their data private and secure. Engineers experienced in Clojure, or with a willingness to learn the dynamic functional language, will thrive here.

Crossbeam is a start-up success story if we’ve ever heard one. Founded in 2018 by serial tech entrepreneurs Bob Moore and Buck Ryan, the company now boasts over five thousand businesses using its platform and several multimillion-dollar funding rounds from world-class investors. That means a growing team to boot. The remote-first workplace’s staff has more than doubled each year since its founding, and team members work across 18 states and growing. Of course, the heart (and HQ) of the company is rooted in Philly with an office at 13th and Walnut.

Think of Crossbeam as an emerging tech leader with the feel of a tight-knit start-up squad. An authentic culture, transparency, and intellectual honesty have always been prioritized at Crossbeam, resulting in an outstanding employee experience.

To stay connected, the Crossbeam team also hosts regular team events, hackathons, annual company wide meet-ups, guest lectures, and celebrations that include their Philly-based and remote team members equitably. The team has enjoyed virtual happy hours, trivia nights, wine tastings, and even a virtual petting zoo. Crossbeam also celebrates team members who go above and beyond with crowdsourced company-wide shoutouts at their monthly All Hands meetings.

Candidates interested in a high-growth environment with an emphasis on team culture and innovation should apply.
