Kapowza kept Baltimore in the Super Bowl

The Baltimore creative agency saw its commercial for Northrop Realty air during the 2022 game's third and fourth quarters.

Kapowza skipped out on the crypto trend for this year’s Super Bowl, instead opting to focus on selling homes. Or in the case of its latest Northrop Realty commercial, a school in one week.

The regional Emmy-winning creative agency is still doing what it does best (and not pivoting to a streaming service): The ad it developed for the residential real estate company aired during the big game’s third and fourth quarters.

The commercial is one of a series featuring kids dubbed “The Closers” that launched last year. All the commercials were shot by Catonsville media company Rock Shore Studios. Look for the rest to air this spring.

This is Kapowza’s fourth spot in a Super Bowl — which, we’re sad to report, is double the number of times the Ravens have appeared there.

The commercial didn’t shut down a site like the QR code from Coinbase, but maybe it made a few people consider moving to Maryland?
