Amid days of protests responding to the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police officers on May 25, we’ve seen companies across the country putting out public statements denouncing racism and supporting civil disobedience and the Black Lives Matter movement.
We’ve also heard from employees who are frustrated by the lack of internal discussion of these events in their workplaces.
Inspired by Fortune’s “Working while black” survey and as part of Technical.ly’s Racial Equity Month, we want to know: How is your employer responding to the moment of civil unrest and its underlying causes?
If you fill out the below survey, we may include your anonymous response in a roundup.
Take the surveyIf we intend to publish all or parts of your response in a Technical.ly article, we will reach out to you via email to confirm that you’re OK with us doing so, as well as to confirm the details of your response. Neither your name nor your employer’s name will be published.
Deadline to respond is EOD Wednesday, June 10. Please email any questions to Managing Editor Julie Zeglen, julie@technical.ly.
