Wilmington was picked as one of the top “15 Cities that are Hidden Gems for Tech Job Seekers” by CIO.com.
“Even though Philadelphia lies only 25 miles northeast, Wilmington, Delaware, maintains a sense of independence,” the post reads. “The city, which sits at the confluence of rivers, is a step back in time in American history. Delaware was the first state to ratify the U.S. Constitution. But it’s also looking to the future and trying to build a strong tech scene.”
The blurb also gave a shoutout to a popular article we wrote in December, “The Top 12 Women Shaping Delaware’s Tech Scene in 2014.”
