Twitter breaks down upon learning that Aubrey Plaza is married

Well, we're happy for her.

We love to see hometown hero Aubrey Plaza making a fuss on social media.

Yes, she went to Ursuline Academy and cut her teeth at Wilmington Drama League — but you already knew that. She’s best known as the inimitable April Ludgate from “Parks and Recreation,” but has starred or appeared in a number of films since then, including this Christmas’ queer comedy “Happiest Season.”

Plaza dropped the H-word on Instagram, ever-so-casually letting the world know that she is married to screenwriter and director Jeff Baena.

The couple has been together for about a decade, but nevertheless, it sent a shockwave through social media, giving us a rare Delaware-related Twitter trend. And Twitter, as always, took the whole thing in stride:

Congratulations, Aubrey!
