You can get Kojo Nnamdi to read Metro announcements if you vote in this contest

It's now time for the internet to vote on the MetroGreater campaign's 10 finalists.

And then there were 10.
Remember the Greater Greater Washington campaign MetroGreater, aimed at crowdsourcing small, easy-to-implement ideas that will make our public-transit lives just a little easier? Well, of the more than 1,300 total ideas submitted, Greater Greater Washington and WMATA ultimately decided that just 76 were actually eligible via the rules laid out here.
From these 76, an expert jury chose 10 finalists — now it’s the public’s turn (again) to vote for a final winner.

Among the 10 ideas with a chance to actually see the light of day are the suggestion that Metro announcements be made by local celebrities like Kojo Nnamdi, or that system maps be displayed on the ceiling of Metro cars.
Find the full list — and cast your ballot — here.
In addition to announcing the 10 finalists, the jury also chose 12 “honorable mentions” — ideas they (and even Metro staff) liked, but ultimately just aren’t practical within the confines of this particular contest. You can look over those ideas here.
