The Wall Street Journal reports that CoTweet, the business services Twitter client that left the Philadelphia region for the West Coast earlier this year, is rolling out fee-based services.
The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Peter Key reports that Center City-based oil refiner Sunoco will freeze its pension program and end post-retirement medical benefits for employees. The Inquirer’s Joe DiStefano reports that Sunoco might also be departing or at least limiting its Center City presence, just four years into a 15-year lease, to reduce costs.
