Leadership Delaware is recruiting for its Class of ’18

Leadership Delaware (LDI), a yearlong mentorship program for young Delawareans who have “the potential, passion and courage to excel at community, nonprofit, political, professional, and corporate leadership within the First State” is looking to fill its Class of 2018.
This is not a casual, easy program — it’s designed for only the most committed professionals in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. Some of the 2017 recruits include Atnre Alleyne of 50-State Campaign for Achievement Now, Kia Ervin, Executive Director of Accelerate Delaware (both recently recognized in the national John C Maxwell Transformative Leadership Top 100), Tianna Bethune, Delaware Deputy Attorney General and Tariq Hook, Director of Education for Zip Code Wilmington.

The rigorous program includes monthly mandatory two-day sessions that focus on various issues that affect Delaware, as well as group research projects. Graduates join the ranks of Delaware Leadership Fellows.
