Philadelphia needs a bike lane on 18th Street, wrote city planning blog This Old City. It’s not just biker’s intuition: data from bike route tracker CyclePhilly shows that cyclists are often using that street.
More than 1,500 trips have been tracked on CyclePhilly, an app built by civic hackers that was launched at the end of April to help planners develop better bike routes.
