The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) is holding a half-day conference called “America’s Role in the World: Why Leading Globally Matters Locally,” and local small businesses, NGOs and veterans are encouraged to attend.
The non-partisan event will “highlight the strong support that exists for strengthening America’s civilian tools of global engagement in Delaware and the region,” according to organizers.
U.S. Sen. Chris Coons will speak at the event, which will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Wilmington on Nov. 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
