Baltimore is one of four cities in the U.S. with a “decoded” law code — one that’s been broken down from a long PDF document and into easy-to-read, XML-formatted subsections.
Chicago, San Francisco and Philadelphia have also had their city law codes put into XML format by the OpenGov Foundation.
