This New Lab–based startup is looking for someone to work on its nSPEC microscope. One of Brooklyn’s best-funded startups, Nanotronics raised more than $24 million last year.

Genspace has two open roles its looking to fill.
One of the most interesting places in Brooklyn, Genspace is a nonprofit organization that holds classes, talks and workshops on biotech topics. It also has a community lab aspect, where people can use its equipment for projects they’re working on. It’s looking for a community lab biosafety officer and a director of science education.
The Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity has nine open positions.
The city is looking for data, design, digital and policy people to help make the city a more equitable place to live. Open jobs include data analysts, developers and more.
NYU Tandon is looking for a professor in History and Philosophy of Technology and Science.
Here’s a fun one. According to the university, this tenure-track position will focus on scholarship of “humanistic interpretation of technology and science, with interests in issues such as how science and engineering actually advance, how technological change broadly impacts society, and how technology and science can be viewed from various historical and philosophical perspectives within a predominantly technological environment.”
