300 Ashland is a striking looking building. Sitting in a triangular lot, it’s a patchwork of windows and terrace cut-outs. One bedroom apartments there go for more than $3,100 a month. The building was developed by Two Trees Management, which also developed the Wythe Hotel and the Domino Sugar Factory.-30-
