Programing note: It’s time for Technical.ly’s team retreat ?️

We're meeting at the beach today and tomorrow and won't be publishing stories. See you Monday!

We've sailed away to the Jersey Shore.

Hello, dear reader. The 20-person staff of Technically Media is heading out for its annual retreat. We won’t be publishing stories until Monday.

Team Retreat 2017 continues an annual summertime tradition for the publishing company behind Technical.ly and Generocity.org. The retreat gives us time to bond with members of our distributed team, evaluate the state of the company and chart strategic initiatives — all while enjoying outdoor activities and a cold beverage or two.

We will not be publishing stories Thursday and Friday. We want to make sure editorial staffers can fully participate. This year’s retreat is in Surf City, N.J. It’s the company’s sixth annual retreat.

Follow us on Snapchat (username: technicallym) for updates from the beach. We even got a custom geofilter this year!
