New Lab is looking for people working in the innovation and tech world to work out of its space for free.
In a new program called the Science Sandbox, a partnership with the Simons Foundation, people are invited to apply for three monthlong fellowships which offer free workspace and access to the Brooklyn Navy Yard-based shared facilities, like a 3D-printing lab that includes a ginormous 3D printer.
According to New Lab, the fellowship is designed for “nurturing, building and remixing inspired projects that connect research to society.”
