Williamsburg compliance startup banks $9 million

GAN Integrity closed a $9 million Series A round recently, led by Princeton, N.J.-based Edison Partners.

The company builds software that eliminates paperwork and increases efficiency in corporate compliance.

Founded and led by a former windsurfing world champion, Thomas Sehested, the firm is split between Denmark and Brooklyn’s Nordic startup outpost, Lemonsqueeze.
