Video marketplace Humblee accepted to St. Louis accelerator

Doesn't sound like Humblee will have to leave Brooklyn to tap into the women's accelerator's offerings.

Make It In BK pitch contest winner Humblee was accepted into a St. Louis-based accelerator this week, earning a $50,000 investment in exchange for an unspecified equity stake.

As reported by the St. Louis Business Journal, the Prosper Women Entrepreneurs accelerator picked the Brooklyn-based Humblee to be among its cohort of five women-led companies.

It does not seem the company will need to relocate there, though the cofounders are expected to be at the accelerator two days a week, according to the accelerator’s website.

Humblee is a platform that matches companies looking for video content marketing and local freelance videographers and producers. Led by cofounder Aneri Shah, it won the June Make It In BK pitch competition.
