Another creative branch of a massive corporation is moving to Brooklyn. This time it’s Prodigious, a creative and design division of ad giant Publicis.
According to a report in Real Estate Weekly, Prodigious will take 15,000 square feet of top floor space at Industry City for its new office in the facility.
This is exactly the kind of deal Industry City, which opened in 2014, was made for. The space, which consists of 16 buildings on 35 acres in Sunset Park offers companies tons of space for a low price and increasingly attractive amenities and open spaces. Prodigious joins the design and IT divisions of TIME, Inc. and the photo and design teams of Gap, Inc.
