Tonight: Join us at Geoweb Summit #13 in Dumbo

It's all about maps and technology, and this reporter is moderating.

Hi all, it’s Tyler, your Technical.ly Brooklyn reporter. I’m writing in first person today because it would be weird to claim any kind of objective voice for this post!
Tonight is the 13th installment of the Geoweb Summit, and I’ll be moderating two of the panels, from 6-8 p.m., on urban mapping and location intelligence for marketing, in Dumbo.

The Geoweb Summit is a nice chance to get to know other people in the Brooklyn tech space. Panelists this year will include:

  • Constantine Valhouli, cofounder of NeighborhoodX, a forthcoming startup focused on neighborhood-level data and reporting.
  • Gregory Jost, a consultant with LotInfo, a GIS software company that provides mapped property information.
  • Dawud Gordon, founder of TwoSense, a startup helping businesses and users get more from mobile data. We’ve profiled Gordon in this very publication before.
  • Raj Singh, a developer advocate for IBM Cloud Data Services.

Tickets are $160 but as moderator I have a dumb amount of free tickets, so if you’re interested in going and want the hookup, and you’ve made it this far reading, hit me up! ?
