They’ve come a long way from their early Brooklyn incubator days. Maker’s Row announced that it signed a lease on a 3,100-square-foot office space at 16 Court St. in Downtown Brooklyn.

“Moving into our new space at 16 Court is the start of a new chapter for us and also for Downtown Brooklyn as a whole,” Maker’s Row cofounders Tanya Menendez and Matthew Burnett said in a statement. “Maker’s Row is growing quickly, and we look forward to being in a community that can grow with us and is amenable to creating open and modern environments, especially as Brooklyn continues to transform itself as a hub for the next wave of entrepreneurs.”

Maker’s Row aims to help small-scale designers and large corporations access American manufacturers. They divide the manufacturing process into several stages, both to help beginners understand the process and to help veterans quickly find the sort of business partners they need.

Founded in November 2012, the company raised a $1 million seed round in 2013. It emerged from the 2012 Brooklyn Beta Summer Camp.
