Notation Capital announced four new part-time partners for its seed fund yesterday, each of whom has a background in successful startups.
- Kellan Elliott-McCrea is the former CTO for a little startup called Etsy.
- Camille Fournier is the former CTO of Rent the Runway.
- Alex Rainert built the product team at Foursquare and now has his own studio, Tinker.
- David Weiner is the former executive editor at Digg, and before that was the New York editor for the Huffington Post.
Notation Capital, founded by Alex Lines and Nicholas Chirls early last year, offered some lessons they’d learned in the funding world last month. To date, they’ve invested $1.65 million in 10 companies.
