The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore is set to take a close look at the tech community’s impact on the city’s densest business district area next week. The organization is also providing some take-home material.
The “State of Downtown Tech” event is set to be held Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 307 W. Baltimore St.
At the event, Downtown Partnership will release its first-ever Downtown Tech Report, which is designed to provide “a comprehensive look at the economic impact that tech and innovation sectors have on our city including employment, tax revenue, and real estate.”
The event will also feature a panel of speakers from the tech community, including:
-
- Delali Dzirasa, CEO of Spark Baltimore–based dev firm Fearless.
- Deb Tillett, President of Emerging Technology Centers.
- David Carberry, CEO of Enradius, a downtown agency specializing in geotargeted advertising.
- Shelonda Stokes, CEO of Spark Baltimore-based greiBO Media.
VR company HighRock will be onhand, as well.
