Sweet deal alert: Our jobs board is free for the next 2 weeks

We're still celebrating the launch of our new hiring platform, Technical.ly Talent so we’re giving away free posts on our jobs board until the end of #BIW17.

Since it kicked off in 2012, Baltimore Innovation Week has become one of Technical.ly’s most impactful ways to help people and companies make connections. Especially when it comes to jobs.

And over the years, we’ve heard anecdotally from founders and hiring managers that when we publish a story about their company, they get a flood of inbound candidates that are highly qualified and weren’t necessarily looking for a new position.
Now, we’re bringing these ideas together.
Throughout Baltimore Innovation Week, we will be introducing our latest contribution to connecting companies with talented local people. It’s called Technically Talent.
“Talent,” as we say internally, is a new digital marketing platform for hiring managers to tell their company’s culture story and engage passive job seekers through Technical.ly’s content and audience network, including our articles, email newsletters, social channels, Slack channel, as well as our weekly hiring column On The Market.
In addition, to make it easier for candidates to access that “inside track” on a company, we send our reporters onsite to capture the stories and people that make that company unique.
Check out some of the culture pages we’ve produced for some of our Technically Talent beta clients:

As part of the Technically Talent platform, we’re also testing custom articles to attract specific candidates, like this interview with Vistar Media engineer Derek Mansen about what it’s like work on his team and a Q&A with a crew of developers who chose to put down roots at WebLinc.
To celebrate the official launch and to thank everyone in this community that makes something like Technically Talent possible, we’re rollin’ it back to zero during Baltimore Innovation Week with a free job posts promotion on our Technical.ly jobs board for two weeks only.
Through Oct. 7, you can post your jobs for free here, using the code BIWFREEJOB.
Post a job
Some fine print:

  • If you haven’t posted with us before, you’ll have to set-up a jobs board account. (It takes fewer than 30 seconds.)
  • Each job post is promoted on Technical.ly’s local social channels for the city you select, as well our wider network social channels, like @technical_ly.
  • Each job post is promoted with one Facebook share and one LinkedIn share, to each relevant local and national channel.
  • All free job posts as part of this promotion will run through Oct. 13 They will be taken down after that.

One last thing about this promotion: job posts are both free and unlimited through Oct. 7, so post away! If you have any questions, email us at: sales@technical.ly.
