Power Moves: Check out these hires around Baltimore

New execs at Bricata, and a new CEO at eOriginal.

Columbia-based cybersecurity startup Bricata added a pair of executives to its team. Druce MacFarlane, who previously helped McAfee spin off from Intel, joins as VP of Products and Marketing. Randy Fallis became VP of Customer and Strategy. He previously worked for Boston-based Cybereason.


Mindgrub named Mark Milleker as Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management. He’ll focus on talent and human resources, focusing on employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management and career coaching.


Brandon Chiat joined marketing firm Warschawski as senior associate, where he will handle media relations, social media, content development and digital marketing. Chiat previously worked as editorial director at quiz startup NewsUp, consulted with startups and has worked as a journalist.


eOriginal has a new CEO following its $26 million equity round last year. Brian Maddocks was named CEO of the digital transaction company last month. Maddocks has led Revitas, Inc., Vitalyst, Inc. and SunGard Higher Education and was a senior VP at SAP. Cofounder Stephen Bisbee will remain as president.
