SalesWarp helps retailers make their ecommerce easy. The company’s software helps fill orders, assist with customer service and track inventory. Now ETC company is also adding shipping.

SalesWarp is partnering with Pitney Bowes, which has a new tools that make it easier to send orders. The Pitney Bowes system handles details like selecting a carrier, comparing rates and printing labels.

SalesWarp CEO David Potts called it a “big endorsement” for the company, given Pitney Bowes’ global presence.

“Partnering with SalesWarp creates an opportunity for retailers to provide a better consumer experience with a proven, scalable order and logistics offering for retailers,” Pitney Bowes’ Lila Snyder said in a statement.

SalesWarp’s system pulls orders together from disparate channels for retailers, and also helps them promote and track products.

It can be used in warehouses, but it’s also being used in malls. The company’s work with Zumiez is one example of how it also helps brick-and-mortar stores as retail changes. Zumiez is shipping out online orders directly from retail stores, and SalesWarp helps fill those orders.

“We bring all of the digital stuff together for them,” Potts said.

Potts said the company now has 45 employees.
