The most loyal Baltimore technologists? The answer might surprise you

Millennials might get a bad rap for being job hoppers, but that's not what our survey data says.

Don’t believe the myth of the millennial job hopper.

In Baltimore, our data suggests that developers over 35 are more likely to seek out a new job, instead of millennial developers (ages 18-34). We surveyed 140 developers in Baltimore and Philadelphia and found that in Baltimore, nearly 75 percent of technologists between the ages of 45 and 54 are currently employed but looking for a new job, while just over half of technologists between the ages of 25 and 34 said the same.

We did an early analysis of our developer survey but it’s a living, breathing dataset and you can help us make it more accurate.
