Who’s getting funded?

Traitify (formerly Woofound) closed $4 million in Series A funding earlier this month, officials for the Kresson startup announced. We reported this last month, based on an SEC filing.

 

Who’s making moves?

RedOwl Analytics is teaming up with Washington, D.C.-based workforce consultancy Exaqueo to create The Workforce Lab, The Washington Post reports. The lab uses data such as email threads to find personnel patterns in performance and behavior.

SmartLogic is hiring a community engagement director “for Baltimore,” founder Yair Flicker told Technical.ly Baltimore.

Venture for America’s new Baltimore fellows are bound for startups including Allovue, Everseat and Avhana Health, Technical.ly Baltimore reported. Each will spend at least two years at their company learning the ins and outs of entrepreneurship.

Over in the Baltimore Tech Facebook group, Baltimore entrepreneur Dave Troy is floating the idea of a small meetup group for executives of growth-stage product companies.
