More than 100 apply for biotech tax credit [Links Roundup]

Opening day rush for Maryland’s $12M biotech tax credit [MDBIZ News]: “Hours after online registration opened for Maryland’s Biotechnology Investment Incentive Tax Credit on Tuesday, more than 100 investors had applied.”

Micros Systems buys its Columbia HQ ahead of Oracle deal [Baltimore Business Journal]: “Cassidy Turley, which represented seller Columbia Property Trust Inc., did not disclose the sale price. A recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing reported Micros was close to a $59.5 million deal for the building. It last sold in 2007 for $62.1 million, according to CoStar Group Inc.”
