As Technical.ly Baltimore reported this week, publisher Houghton Mifflin Harcourt bought Curiosityville, a Cockeysville early childhood edtech startup. All Curiosityville employees will stay in the startup’s Baltimore County office.

The marketing and web design firm Groove, based in Little Italy, acquired nearby Oomph Marketing, as Technical.ly Baltimore reported Tuesday. Oomph founder Ray Bularz will stay with Groove as director of brand strategy.
